Body Mind Boot Camp (Beginners & Intermediate)
Boot camps and cross training are terms that are interchangeable. They refer to a routine that involves several different forms of exercise. This style of training gives you the ability to vary the stress placed on specific muscles or even your cardiovascular system and with cross training its easy to tailor to your needs and interests.
Why not condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, reduce boredom that creeps in after months of the same exercise routines and best of all when you sign up for a boot camp you don’t have to commit to a chunk of your paycheck between now and eternity to meet your fitness goals.

The only difference in this camp is that you have the pleasure of calling your family, friends, and co-workers to participate in the fun. “Run it Off Club” FREE’ (Available in Spring And Summer Months Only)
- This is a great opportunity to start a regular running routine in a supportive, safe and non competitive environment. This group is tailored for beginners and intermediate fitness levels. Because of my own interest in trail running for sport and fun I thought to myself “Why Not” start my own running group?
- We will be heading out on different routes. This is a great to get active and a fabulous way to create some new experiences for you Best of all, it’s ‘FREE’
- Club is active in the Spring and Summer Months
- PS: Don’t forget the following: Dress for the weather, i-pod, water, appropriate foot wear made for running, a snack for after, a positive attitude!
