Are you finally ready to have more energy, feel, and look great about yourself?  If yes, then sign up for the next 3 month Body mind Bootcamp called, “This year I will…”  coming soon.  The program will consist of the following:

  • 60 minute Body Routines (To help add years to your life and feel good in your skin)
  • 30 minute Mind Themes (To help you take immediate control of your life and stimulate your mind)
  • Weekly Recipe Challenges (12 in total to help you see that good food doesnt have to taste bad)
  • Suggested Readings ( 12 in total to help keep you on track)
  • Suggested Must See Movies (12 in total to help on days where you need a little inspiration)
  • Peer Support ( Unlimited amount to help you get Fired Up and stay there!)
  • Members Choice (8 mystery themes in total to allow all the members voice to be heard)
  • Before and After Pictures (Option to do a group shot or individual shots.  A reminder of how far you’ve come)

What do I need to bring?

  • A No Matter What Attitude!
  • Water
  • Proper Footwear
  • Suitable Clothing
  • A towel
  • A pen and a journal to keep track of your progress (mind part of the program)
  • Dumbbells 5lbs or 10lbs (keep in your vehicle as some routines you will not need them)
  • A workout mat (the school provides mat’s however you may being your own)
  • Jump Rope (make sure it’s the proper length). Go to Apple Fitness and ask for Paul.

*Your instructor will let you know what you need to bring for each class. Please keep your items in your vehicle so that you may have access to them.

  • No late entries to this class as every class carries over onto the next one
  • Must be paid in full before or on your first day
  • A longer committment to your fitness will save you money and guarantee you greater results
  • Limited space
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable; some exceptions (see below)
  • Please note that for those members who have paid and are wishing to pull out before the start of the program due to an unexpected pregnancy or injury you will be refunded however a cancellation fee of $50 will be subtracted off the total.
  • Drop ins: $25.00 plus gst

How To Get Started:

  • Step One: Register by emailing Carol at carol@whynotthrive.ca.
  • Step Two: Decide on a payment option. Pay pal on-line or cash/cheque made payable to ‘Why Not Thrive Inc.’ Gst is not included in the prices.  Class must be paid in full before the start date.
